Owners Nicole and Carl Eisman have been teaching for a combined 25 years. During this time they worked at many music schools, and rented rooms to teach privately throughout the North Shore area. In October 2021, they decided it was time to open the doors of All That Music Academy right in Stoneham center. It has been Nicole's dream since she was a teen in voice lessons herself, to one day own her own music school and with the support of Carl, she was able to make her dream a reality. Nicole and Carl do their best to make sure every student feels accepted and part of the All That Music Academy family.
Owner, Nicole Eisman is a Boston based, multi-instrumentalist with a focus on voice, piano and flute. She has been teaching professionally for over 10 years. She graduated from Regis College in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts for music and theatre and has been teaching ever since.
While at Regis, Nicole was the President of the Regis College Glee Club and Regis College Chamber Singers. During her time there, she arranged music for the groups, created recordings for all sections to practice with, composed original pieces of music, wrote and directed her own plays, organized recitals, and organized many collegiate choral music festivals such as the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA) and Regis Rhythms.
Nicole has organized, toured, and sang all over Sicily and Barcelona. She has performed at La Sagrada Familia, Barcelona Cathedral, Monserrat, Duomo in Taormina, Valley of the Temples, Greek Ruins, Palermo, Mt. Etna, Via Teatro Greco, and many more.
Nicole has extensive knowledge in a cappella, and has been hosting her own independent a cappella ensembles for the last 5 years. She loves to have her groups sing songs ranging from classical, to oldies, to top 40s and finds arranging parts to fit her singers voices to be a fun challenge.
She also loves working with her students in the studio on their original songs. She enjoys helping them with melodies, harmonies and adlibs. She has students who have recorded albums, headlined their own shows, and gone on tours. Nicole also has been featured on songs that have almost one million streams on Spotify. She also has helped her students in preparing for auditions, talent shows and pageants. One of her students is currently Miss Massachusetts Outstanding Teen 2022 where she also won the talent portion of the competition after preparing with Nicole.
Teaching has been Nicole's passion since a very young age and her teaching methods have been heavily influenced by her past music mentors. She believes every student has a musical voice, and it is her job to help them find that voice. She tries to make every class fun, educational, and a safe place for students to explore their creativity. She wants all of her students to feel connected like a musical family.

Brayden has studied with Rodney intermittently since meeting him in 2008. Katelyn Lashley is a devoted and versatile musician. She graduated from Gordon College in the Class of 2022 with her Bachelor’s in Music. Additionally, she was awarded the Wood Memorial Scholarship for the Fine Arts at Gordon College. Since graduation, she has been teaching private lessons, working for the Worcester Youth Orchestras and performing with the Blackstone Valley String Quartet. Katelyn is a pop-improvisational violist, and she made her Spotify debut in 2021, recording with Jen Aldana on her song “Trust in You,” and performing with Jen at Soulfest in New Hampshire in August of 2021. As a young violist, she learned to love improvisation and it is something that she loves to incorporate into her teaching. Ever since her love for improvisation budded, it has grown into a fierce love for the art. Katelyn strives to help each of her students’ budding passion for music flourish in each lesson, while also setting each student up with the practical skills needed to be a proficient string musician. The greatest success she sees when teaching is when music becomes more than a skill to be learnt and turns into an expression of love for the art itself.
